Full Day in Munich

We did so much today that we are too tired to be creative, we will
just list it all and share our pictures:) the weather was amazing so
we altered our plans to take advantage.

1. Marienplatz where we saw the famous clock tower that I'm too tired
to try to spell :) it makes a little show, not exciting but fun. Pic
included.
2. Viktualienmarkt which is the most diverse and organized outdoor
market we've seen in all our travels.
3. English Gardens, the park is even bigger than Central Park in NYC
and much cleaner. Very green, lots of dogs and bodies of water. We at
lunch at a beergaten here. We'll post a picture of this.
4. Walked along the Isar river. It was moving fast and flowed North,
odd. Lots of pretty quiet dirt walking paths. We'll post a pic of the
river.
5. We rode an above ground tram to
the Olympic Village from 1972 just to see the city.
6. Back to Marienplatz to buy Chris new shorts. (his only pair ripped
on a metal post in Prague, a bad one half way up the inseam, he wasn't
hurt at least). We also found dinner near here at a crazy little place.

It may not sound like much but there are more little things hats to
explain and it was just a full day. I referenced something from this
morning and Mom kept insisting it happened yesterday, that how long
the day was. :)

Munich is in the top 10 best overall cities in the world to live in.
We can see why, it has a great vibe. Lots of bikes, bike lanes etc,
lots of dogs, polite smiley people.

But everyone is snoring around me and it's late, time for me to slip
my earplugs in and get some sleep to make the most of our last day in
Munich.

PS- if you follow our travels you know who Adrian is. He's going to be
in town tomorrow and will spend the morning with us. Yay!
